Paul Duester 1952 - 2025
It is with the saddest heart that Chadlington Football Club have heard the news that Paul Duester passed away peacefully at home last night.
Paul was a man of Chadlington and the club’s greatest servant. His playing career for us, Banbury United and Chipping Norton Town is unrivalled in achievements. Over a lifetime of commitment to our club, he was Captain, First Team manager, Reserve Team manager, Secretary, Chairman and Treasurer. He was committed endlessly to adult and youth sides for both football and cricket. His tireless work improved our facilities that leaves a legacy that’ll be felt by many for years to come.
In the coming days there are many more things we would like to share about a man who to us was a legend. For now our thoughts are with his family, wife Susan and sons Paul and Matthew.
