Henry Hawtin Cup 2022

Chadlington First Team entered the Henry Hawtin Memorial Cup again this summer and were drawn into Group B along with hosts and holders Enstone, Spartan Rangers and Kingham AB.

In Group A were Charlbury, Stonesfield, Freeland and Deddington.

In the group games Chadlington got off to a flier with a resounding 6-1 win over Kingham. In the second game Chad let a 2 goal lead slip against favourites Enstone to eventually draw 2-2. In the final group game they went down to a 2-1 defeat to Spartan Rangers but progressed on goal difference.

In the semi final Chadlinton narrowly lost 1-0 to Stonesfield who went on to beat En

stone in the final 2-0.
