Week 4 Results - 8th October 2022

Chadlington First Team traveled away to Ducklington in Division One on Saturday and came back with just a point In a 1-1 draw.

Rocky Burton scored Chads solitary goal with Hans Korge thinking he had grabbed the winner late on only for a linesman’s flag to spoil the party.

Chadlington Reserves entertained the old foe Kingham Reserves on Saturday and maintained their unbeaten start to the season by winning 2-1.

Callum Jefferies opened the scoring for Chad after 30 minutes only for Kinghams Ellis Godin to equalise shortly after.

The second half was a tight affair but it was Chad that had all the chances. On 60 minutes George Slatter was upended twice in the box and the resulting penalty was dispatched by Aaron Bennett.

Kingham lost their heads and spent the remainder of the game arguing about non existent injustices. It was an ugly and unsporting display that was beneath the dignity of their club.
